Blurb:

Daunted by the singular sexual tastes and dark secrets of the beautiful, tormented young entrepreneur Christian Grey, Anastasia Steele has broken off their relationship to start a new career with a Seattle publishing house. But desire for Christian still dominates her every waking thought, and when he proposes a new arrangement, Anastasia cannot resist. They rekindle their searing sensual affair, and Anastasia learns more about the harrowing past of her damaged, driven, and demanding Fifty Shades. While Christian wrestles with his inner demons, Anastasia must confront her anger and envy of the women who came before her and make the most important decision of her life. Erotic, sparkling and suspenseful, Fifty Shades Darker is the irresistibly addictive second part of the Fifty Shades trilogy.

4.5 stars simply because I couldn’t dream of giving Mr. Grey anything less. However, I enjoyed the first book a lot more. Don’t get me wrong! I love ALL fifty shades of Christian. I just happen to love the Red Room Of Pain, call me Sir, tie you up and fuck you senseless Christian a tad bit more.

His very vulnerable and extremely sensitive side surfaced a lot in this book. I’m happy he’s happy because apparently it took him a while to get that concept down. And Ana! Did she do a complete turn around or what?!?! She’s bolder to say the least.

The humor and mystery in book two were almost non existent compared to book one. I missed them both greatly. While I still enjoyed it, I think I need a breather. Maybe read a different book before book three??? Yes I’ll do that!

P.S. I knew Jack was one of the crazies! Like WTF! He sooo would have got more than a kick in the junk from me…damn cock sucker.
