Well, what can I say about this book?
I read this book in one day. I couldn’t help it. Well, Catching Jordan is about this girl, who happens to be the captain of the football team of her school. She’s obviously not the typical girl, interested in make up and dresses, she just loves to play football. She’s been interested in boys but never had a boyfriend, because she’s just focus on her plays and how to get into a good college and keep playing. This is until this new guy comes and she becomes a complete mess. She thinks this guy is like THE perfect boyfriend, but well… we’ll see about that!
I loved the friendship between Jordan and Sam, it was easy, funny, honest, for Jordan it was perfect. They had this thing where they were always playing something, which was like their thing, and it was their way to talk, even when they were completely mad at each other. Sam was just such an easygoing person.. I loved him! On the other hand, we have Ty!.. Ty, Ty, Ty.. He’s gorgeous, nice and a complete gentleman! He seemed to be the perfect boyfriend I was talking about, but nothing is really and truly perfect, right?
I reaaaally liked this book, because you just get trapped in the girl’s love problems and I could only think, how she reacts when she has to deal with such strange things as boys and her dad. And also, omg, in so many parts I couldn’t stop laughing. I find it amazing how a book makes you feel so many things and can make you laugh so easily.
It’s obviously a light reading, but I just loved it. Soon I’ll start reading Stealing Parker.
