cover reveal – Not Today, But Someday (Emi Lost & Found #0.5) by Lori L. Otto

NTBS - large

omg, omg, omg.

If you don’t know Lori L. Otto, well let me tell you something…

Lori Otto is the author of one of my favorite series of all times, the Emi Lost & Found series. When I first read this book I was completely amazed. I know I’ve said it a thousand times, and let me warn you, I might say it a million times more. The story line is just perfect. I’ve never read a book that has stayed with me this long and, when I say it has stayed with me is that, somehow I keep remembering it at least once every day since the day I finished it, and I think I’ll remember it (and cherish it) for the rest of my life.

So, the reason of this post is that, this week Lori promised she would reveal the new covers of the entire series. We helped her with the new cover of the complete series last tuesday, and today, she surprised us (at least me) with the revelation of Not Today, But Someday’s new cover. I was so excited and surprised when I saw the post on her page. The cover is beautiful. It again represents and shows the beauty of the whole book, the innocence, the love, the happiness, the sadness… everything that is Emi. I’m sure they rest of the new covers will be as gorgeous as the first.

The thing with this new cover is.. *sigh* Ok, this is something completely new for me, I was shocked when Lori first contacted me for this… I was already in love with this book, the cover, the characters, everything that’s related to NTBS, but you know what? From now on this book will stay forever in my heart (as if it hadn’t had my heart already). I want to say THANK YOU LORI for including a quote from my review. To me, this is something beyond amazing. When you first told me I thought “Wow!!! That is so cool!!” And I have to say, I was excited but I didn’t want to get my hopes up just in case it didn’t go through. But now that I’ve seen it, I can’t say how honored I am. Seriously, just THANK YOU :). Thank you for taking the time to read my review and thinking it was worthy enough to add it to the book cover.

I hope you know you are my favorite author EVER.

Now, let me share with you the beautiful new cover of Not Today, But Someday by Lori L. Otto.

NTBS full cover

This is the prequel of the Emi Lost & Found series. I personally recommend to read it AFTER you’ve finished book 1, 2 and 3. It will help you to heal ;), it helped me.

“I loved how comfortable Nate and Emi were with each other, even from the first time they met. It was easy for them, they could relate, they found truth and love in each other. I just LOVED it.” – Daniela Conde, Lost in a Book Blog.

NTBSIn December of 1994, when she was a junior in high school, Emi Hennigan discovered her father’s infidelity. Forced to transfer schools mid-year, she wasn’t trying to make new friends. In that same month, sophomore Nate Wilson’s girlfriend broke up with him. Searching for someone to fill the void left by his first love, he meets Emi in his art class.

Nate knows he wants Emi from the moment he sees her. Emi knows she needs Nate after one night together. A life-long friendship is born, and a pact is made to ensure that nothing will come between them.

This novella is the prequel to the Emi Lost & Found series. After the 3-volume series was published, readers wanted more. This is for them – the story of how Nate and Emi met – and although it’s a prequel, it can be enjoyed before or after the series.

Photography and cover design by Christi Allen- Curtis, assisted by Katrina Boone.

Not Today, But Someday is currently FREE on Amazon. So, if you purchased the bundled series before the new edition was released, you may have to get it separately (again, for free).
